Physical
Therapy.
Our clinicians are experts in manual therapy, dry needling, and exercise prescription to rapidly reduce pain, enhance performance, and keep your injuries in the past.
Full-Spectrum
Clinical Assessment
Before we treat your symptoms, we take the time to truly listen. Your 90-minute evaluation gives you space to share your story without being rushed, and gives us the time to understand the full picture. We assess how you move, not just the area that hurts, to identify what's driving your pain and create a clear path forward.
- Past medical history review
- Movement analysis
- Injury & special testing
- Joint and soft-tissue assessment
- Lifestyle evaluation
Personalized
Treatment Plan
After your assessment, we build a treatment roadmap tailored specifically to your pain presentation, diagnosis, goals, and current activity level.
Your plan is calibrated to meet you exactly where you are and get you where you want to go.
Goal-Driven
We don't stop at pain relief. Your plan gets you back to doing what you love, at full capacity.
Progressive by Design
Treatment intensity and complexity are adjusted as you improve, keeping momentum high.
Evidence-Based
Every technique and exercise in your plan is grounded in current clinical research.
Collaborative
You are an active participant in your recovery — we educate and empower, not just treat.
Treatment
Techniques
We pair the right tools to your specific presentation because the best technique is the one that works for you.
Manual Therapy
Skilled, hands-on techniques applied directly to your muscles, fascia, and soft tissue to relieve pain and restore movement.
Our clinicians are certified in a range of manual methods and select the combination that fits your condition and response to treatment.
- Soft-tissue massage — reduces muscular tension and improves circulation
- Scraping (IASTM) — improves tissue mobility and modulates pain through mechanical stimulation
- Cupping therapy — creates decompression to improve blood flow and reduce soft-tissue restrictions
Dry Needling
Dry needling is an advanced physical therapy technique used to help relieve pain, reduce muscle tightness, promote tissue healing, and stimulate muscle activation. This technique is performed by inserting thin needles into specific muscles, tendons, or ligaments to release tension, increase blood flow, and stimulate cellular repair.
When paired with electrical stimulation, the effects are amplified. The electrical current communicates with the nervous system to reduce signals causing pain and tension.
- Trigger points and muscular pain
- Tendinopathies and tissue tears
- Cervicogenic headaches and chronic pain
- Post-surgical scar tissue and restricted mobility
- Nerve pain and radiculopathy
Joint Manipulation & Mobilization
Joint manipulation and mobilizations are hands-on techniques used to restore joint motion, reduce pain, and improve function of surrounding muscles. These treatments influence the nervous system, helping to decrease pain sensitivity and reduce muscular tension.
They can make movement feel smoother, easier, and more efficient during both daily activities and exercise.
- Spinal manipulation — restoring segmental mobility in the cervical, thoracic, and lumbar spine
- Peripheral joint mobilization — hip, knee, shoulder, ankle, and more
- Traction techniques — decompressing facet joints and nerve roots
Exercise Prescription
Our physical therapists are experts in exercise prescription. No more wasting time doing countless repetitions without the guidance of a rehab professional. Our one-on-one treatment sessions with your therapist's undivided attention ensure that every rep helps you build a more durable and resilient body. Every treatment plan includes a corrective and progressive exercise program designed specifically for your body, your deficits, and your goals.
We don't hand you a generic printout. Your program is coached in-session, regularly updated as you progress, and calibrated to fit your schedule and activity level, so you stay strong long after your last appointment.
