Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist

Dr. Hannah Sweitzer is a fitness-forward Doctor of Physical Therapy with 8 years of experience in outpatient orthopedics and over 14 years of experience in fitness coaching and performance training. This background shapes her clinical approach, blending strength and conditioning principles with evidence-based rehabilitation to help patients heal, recover, and build long-term capacity.

Hannah is trained in advanced dry needling techniques, including ultrasound-guided dry needling, which serves as a cornerstone of her treatment philosophy. By combining precise hands-on interventions with movement retraining and progressive loading, she helps patients achieve meaningful changes in pain, mobility, and function. Rather than chasing symptoms, Hannah uses comprehensive movement assessments and a systems-based approach to identify the root cause of dysfunction and develop individualized plans that optimize movement, improve resilience, and create lasting results.

Hannah is changing the status quo in physical therapy. In 2022, she founded Revive to create a different kind of healthcare experience—one where patients feel seen, supported, and empowered throughout their journey. Through expert care and education, she helps people build the strength and resilience needed to enjoy a lifetime of freedom, independence, and adventure.

Doctor of Physical Therapy
Certified Dry Needling
Pelvic Floor Specialist

Dr. Erika Fassler-Angelico brings 7 years of orthopedic experience and specialized pelvic health training to women’s care. She approaches women’s health through a whole-body, evidence-based lens shaped by years of treating complex movement dysfunction in active populations. Her background in sports medicine rehabilitation allows her to connect pelvic floor function to the bigger picture of how the body moves, performs, and adapts, making her approach both highly technical and deeply practical.

Erika specializes in helping women overcome dysfunction related to pelvic floor conditions across pregnancy, postpartum, menopause, and athletic populations. Her passion for pelvic health grew from a conviction that too many women live with symptoms they were told to accept—or never knew could be treated. Through comprehensive movement analysis and a root-cause approach, she combines dry needling, manual therapy, and targeted exercise to create lasting solutions that restore strength, confidence, and function.

Committed to lifelong learning, Erika has pursued advanced training in Dry Needling, Orthopedic Manual Therapy, Blood Flow Restriction Therapy, Orthopedic Connections to Pelvic Floor Dysfunction, and Level 1 Pelvic Floor Certification. Through education, movement optimization, and a fitness-forward approach, she empowers women to move with confidence and build the resilience needed to thrive through every stage of life.
