Dr. Hannah Sweitzer graduated from Temple University in 2014 with a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology and a Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from Nova Southeastern University in 2018. Hannah is committed to providing holistic care through the use of current evidenced-based treatment and modern techniques. She is a board-certified orthopedic clinical specialist and has earned certifications in Dry Needling, Functional Range Conditioning, Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA), Graston/Instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), USA Weightlifting Level 1 Sports Performance.
With over 10 years of experience coaching high-intensity interval training, strength training, and Yoga, Hannah's passion for health and fitness has fueled her dedication as a physical therapist. Her mission as a Doctor of Physical
Therapy is to empower her patients to prioritize health, optimize movement, and maximize their quality of life.
Hannah's own fitness training consists of strength and conditioning, running, biking, and Yoga.
Outside of work and exercise, she enjoys boating, making craft cocktails, cooking, and live music.
Dr. Brian Joseph is dedicated and committed to the well-being of his patients promoting health, wellness, and fitness as integral components of both treatment and daily life. Dr. Joseph earned his Bachelor's degree in Applied Physiology and Kinesiology from University of Florida in 2016, laying the foundation for his journey into the field of physical therapy. Subsequently, he achieved his Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from Nova Southeastern University in 2019. Dr. Joseph has worked in outpatient orthopedics, garnering invaluable experience working with diverse populations, including athletes, neurological patients, and the geriatric community. His proficiency extends to Dry Needling, a specialized skill that underscores his commitment to employing cutting-edge techniques for patient care.
Beyond the clinic, Dr. Joseph finds fulfillment in exercise, travel, quality time with family and friends, and unwavering support for his favorite football team, the Giants. Dr. Joseph's journey into physical therapy is not merely professional but deeply personal. Notably, he successfully encouraged his father to embrace fitness, witnessing firsthand the transformative impact it had on his health. With an unwavering belief in movement as medicine, Dr. Brian Joseph is dedicated to empowering others to enhance the quality of their lives.
Lisa has garnered extensive experience in the fitness industry since 2016. Commencing her coaching career as a yoga instructor, she pursued and completed her 200-hour RYT certification in Costa Rica. Demonstrating a passion for teaching, Lisa sought to broaden her expertise within the field. She attained an NSC Personal Trainer Certification, transitioning to instruct strength and resistance training.
Over the years, Lisa has dedicated herself to ongoing education, acquiring certifications as a Functional Range Conditioning Mobility Specialist and a Pain-Free Performance Specialist. Her coaching approach centers on functional movement, muscle engagement, movement patterns, and the cultivation of healthy habits. Lisa integrates strength, mobility, balance, and coordination into a comprehensive training program to ensure a holistic approach.
Lisa's goal is to empower her clients through education and the safe attainment of their fitness goals.
