Pelvic FloorTherapy

Restore strength and reconnect with your body. We help women move with confidence through every stage of life.

Root-Cause Pelvic Care

You Deserve
More

Too many women are told that leaking, pelvic pressure, or pain after childbirth are simply part of life. They are not. These are real, treatable conditions — and you do not have to manage them alone or just push through.

Pelvic floor physical therapy addresses the underlying cause of dysfunction, not just the symptoms. At Revive, Dr. Erika Fassler-Angelico takes a whole-body, root-cause approach — combining hands-on manual therapy with education and individualized exercise programming to rebuild strength, coordination, and confidence from the inside out.

Whether you are newly pregnant, newly postpartum, or navigating the changes that come with midlife, the right support makes all the difference. Our care is evidence-based, deeply personal, and entirely judgment-free.

Who It Helps

A Strong Foundation
for Every Stage of Life

Pelvic floor changes are common throughout life, yet often overlooked. These are the stages we most frequently support.

Active Adult

For women who want to stay active but are limited by pelvic, hip, or low back pain, or leaking with exercise. We go beyond symptom management to identify the root cause, restore optimal movement, and rebuild strength so you can return to training and daily life with confidence.

Pregnancy & Postpartum

For women navigating pregnancy, birth preparation, and postpartum recovery. We provide expert pelvic floor and full-body support to help you maintain strength and manage discomfort during pregnancy, recover effectively after birth, and return to exercise and daily activity with confidence and control.

Menopause & Midlife

For women experiencing pelvic floor changes, bladder symptoms, strength shifts, or movement limitations during perimenopause and menopause. We focus on supporting your body through hormonal transitions with a holistic approach that restores function, improves resilience, and helps you continue living actively and confidently through midlife and beyond.

What to Expect

Your path to feeling
like yourself again

Every visit is private, unhurried, and built entirely around you. Here is what the process looks like from your first appointment onward.

Private, Judgment-Free Assessment

Your first visit is a thorough and confidential 90-minute evaluation to understand your full history and future goals, without feeling rushed or dismissed. This is followed by a full movement assessment and optional internal exam to assess muscle awareness, coordination, and function.

A Personalized One-on-One Plan

Based on your assessment, you receive a care plan designed around your specific body, goals, and life stage. No generic protocols. Manual therapy, dry needling, breathwork, and targeted exercise are combined in sessions structured for real, lasting change.

Education & Exercises You Carry Forward

Our goal is your independence, not reliance. Every visit includes practical guidance and exercises so you can continue progressing with confidence. Understanding your own body is the most powerful tool we can give you.

Fassler-Angelico

PT, DPT, COMT, Cert. DN  ·  Pelvic Floor Specialist

Dr. Erika Fassler-Angelico brings 7 years of orthopedic experience and specialized pelvic health training to women’s care. She approaches women’s health through a whole-body, evidence-based lens shaped by years of treating complex movement dysfunction in active populations. Her background in sports medicine rehabilitation allows her to connect pelvic floor function to the bigger picture of how the body moves, performs, and adapts, making her approach both highly technical and deeply practical.

Erika specializes in helping women overcome dysfunction related to pelvic floor conditions across pregnancy, postpartum, menopause, and athletic populations. Her passion for pelvic health grew from a conviction that too many women live with symptoms they were told to accept—or never knew could be treated. Through comprehensive movement analysis and a root-cause approach, she combines dry needling, manual therapy, and targeted exercise to create lasting solutions that restore strength, confidence, and function.

Committed to lifelong learning, Erika has pursued advanced training in Dry Needling, Orthopedic Manual Therapy, Blood Flow Restriction Therapy, Orthopedic Connections to Pelvic Floor Dysfunction, and Level 1 Pelvic Floor Certification. Through education, movement optimization, and a fitness-forward approach, she empowers women to move with confidence and build the resilience needed to thrive through every stage of life.
