Pregnancy
Support your body as it changes and prepares for birth. We help you stay active, manage common discomforts like pelvic girdle pain and low back tension, and build the foundational strength that makes labor and recovery smoother.
Restore strength and reconnect with your body. We help women move with confidence through every stage of life.
Too many women are told that leaking, pelvic pressure, or pain after childbirth are simply part of life. They are not. These are real, treatable conditions — and you do not have to manage them alone or just push through.
Pelvic floor physical therapy addresses the underlying cause of dysfunction, not just the symptoms. At Revive, Dr. Erika Fassler-Angelico takes a whole-body, root-cause approach — combining hands-on manual therapy with education and individualized exercise programming to rebuild strength, coordination, and confidence from the inside out.
Whether you are newly pregnant, newly postpartum, or navigating the changes that come with midlife, the right support makes all the difference. Our care is evidence-based, deeply personal, and entirely judgment-free.

Pelvic floor dysfunction affects more women than most people realize — but it is rarely talked about. These are the three life stages we most commonly support.
Support your body as it changes and prepares for birth. We help you stay active, manage common discomforts like pelvic girdle pain and low back tension, and build the foundational strength that makes labor and recovery smoother.
Your body has done something extraordinary. Now it deserves expert support. We help rebuild core and pelvic floor strength, address leaking and prolapse, support C-section or perineal scar healing, and guide your safe return to the activities you love.
Hormonal shifts affect the pelvic floor in ways that often go unaddressed. We help you manage increased urgency, pelvic heaviness, prolapse symptoms, and intimacy-related discomfort with evidence-based, compassionate care — so this stage of life feels like a continuation, not a limitation.
Every visit is private, unhurried, and built entirely around you. Here is what the process looks like from your first appointment onward.
Your first session is a thorough, confidential evaluation. Dr. Erika takes the time to understand your full history — from pregnancy and birth experiences to daily habits and goals — and conducts a gentle, respectful physical assessment. You will never feel rushed or dismissed.
Based on your assessment, you receive a care plan designed around your specific body, goals, and life stage. No generic protocols. Manual therapy, breathwork, and targeted neuromuscular re-education are combined in sessions structured for real, lasting change.
The goal is not dependence on therapy — it is independence from dysfunction. You leave every session with clear, practical exercises and the knowledge to maintain your progress. Understanding your own body is the most powerful tool we can give you.
Dr. Erika brings a rare combination of technical expertise and genuine empathy to every session. A Doctor of Physical Therapy with post-graduate certification in dry needling and formal Level 1 Pelvic Floor training, she approaches women's health care as she believes it should be — whole-person, evidence-based, and completely free of judgment.
Her specialization in pelvic floor therapy grew from a conviction that too many women suffer unnecessarily because the right care is hard to find, or because they were never told it existed. Erika is here to change that — one patient at a time.
When you work with Dr. Erika, you are not a chart or a complaint. You are a person with goals, and she is here to help you reach them.
Take the first step toward a body you trust. We are here with expert guidance, compassionate care, and a plan built entirely around you.
